I'm Moun, and this is our Practice Club! I'm a spiritual guide, meditation teacher, artist, and speaker - really a spiritual godmother to all my students and clients. I'm just emerging from a 3-month retreat in Nepal!

I’m a devoted Vajrayana Buddhist practitioner for many years, which is the foundation of my personal practice, and everything I create and share, combined with Contemplative Psychotherapy, and all my lived experiences. From growing up in Brazil to being an immigrant, modeling on an International TV show, meditating in sacred caves in the Solukhumbu Valley, traveling the world, in service, and opening up to love.
